The Town of Holyrood is inviting proposals from qualified developers for the purchase, servicing, and development of approximately 19.764 hectares (48.83 acres) of land located off Blue Ocean Drive (Town Centre).
The proposed development will establish a Cold Ocean Business Development/Research & Innovation Park focused on business, research, education, and innovation opportunities.
