Notice of Discretionary Use
32 Salmonier Line – Powder Coating
The Town of Holyrood has received an application to operate a powder coating business at 32 Salmonier Line. The subject property is located within the Mixed Development (MD) zone. This category of business falls under Light Industry, which is a discretionary use in the MD zone.
This notice is advertised in accordance with Regulation 10 and 90 of the Town of Holyrood Development Regulations, 2014-2024.
Anyone wishing to make a representation at a future briefing shall deposit with the Town a copy of a signed statement outlining representation or contact the town to register by 12:00 pm, February 13, 2025.
If no written or verbal objections are received by the time indicated, the briefing will be cancelled.
Any person who wishes to comment on the proposed development without attending the briefing is asked to contact the Town of Holyrood, in writing, by 12:00 pm February 13, 2025.
