The Town of Holyrood has received an application to operate a Home-Based Business office to conduct office work for a dealer’s license. The storage of vehicles is not required or permitted.

The subject property is located within the Residential Medium Density Zone. This application may be approved at the discretion of Council.

This notice is advertised in accordance with Regulation 10 and 90 of the Town of Holyrood Development Regulations, 2014-2024.

Notice of Discretionary Use

366 Conception Bay Highway – Crematorium

The Town of Holyrood has received an application to construct a Crematorium at 366 Conception Bay Highway.

The subject property is located within the Residential Medium Density and Crematorium is a discretionary use.

This notice is advertised in accordance with Regulation 10 and 90 of the Town of Holyrood Development Regulations, 2014-2024.

Anyone wishing to make representation at a future briefing shall deposit with the Town a copy of a signed statement outlining representation or contact the town to register by 12:00 pm June 12, 2025.

If no written or verbal objections are received by the time indicated, the briefing will be cancelled.

Any person who wishes to comment on the proposed development without commenting at the briefing is asked to contact the Town of Holyrood in writing by 12:00 pm June 12, 2025.
