16 Country Path- Home Based Business- Office

 The Town of Holyrood has received an application to operate a Home-Based Business office to conduct office work for a dealer’s license. The storage of vehicles is not required or permitted.

The subject property is located within the Residential Medium Density Zone. This application may be approved at the discretion of Council.  

This notice is advertised in accordance with Regulation 10 and 90 of the Town of Holyrood Development Regulations, 2014-2024.

Any person who wishes to comment on the proposed application is asked to contact the Town of Holyrood in writing by 12:00 pm June 8, 2023.

Notice of Discretionary Use

18 Green Acres- Home Based Business- Office

The Town of Holyrood has received an application to operate a Home-Based Business office for the purpose of booking cornhole events.

The subject property is located within the Residential Medium Density Zone. This application may be approved at the discretion of Council.  

This notice is advertised in accordance with Regulation 10 and 90 of the Town of Holyrood Development Regulations, 2014-2024.

Any person who wishes to comment on the proposed application is asked to contact the Town of Holyrood in writing by 12:00 pm May 18, 2023.

The Town of Holyrood has received an application to operate a Home-Based Business, making cakes and pastries to order. Delivery or pick up only.

The subject property is located within the Residential Medium Density Zone. This application may be approved at the discretion of Council.
