The Holyrood Forever Young Program is designed to keep our older adults active, social, and educated on healthy living and wellness. Each season our Recreation Department releases a new slate of program for the 3-4 month term. 

Forever Young – Winter 2023

Active for Life
Location: Star of the Sea
Date: Every Tuesday & Thursday Starting February 6.
Time: Class #1: 9:30am Class #2: 10:45am
Cost: $40 for Full Program (20 Classes)
Registration: Opens Tuesday, January 30 at 9:00am at the Hubert A. Keough Municipal Building. Unfortunately, we cannot process registrations over the phone or through email for this program.

Zumba Gold with Donna Nolan
Location: Star of the Sea
Date: Every Friday Starting February 2.
Time: 10:00am
Cost: $3.00 Drop-In Fee
Registration: No registration necessary.
