Camp A’hoy Registration
Registration for Camp A’hoy will open at 6:00pm on Wednesday, May 13, 2026.
Please note the following important details:

Completing the registration form does not guarantee placement in your selected weeks.

Priority will be given to Holyrood residents.

If a week becomes full, registrants will be placed on a waitlist.

Payment will be processed using the credit card on file after placement is confirmed for each week.

Only select the weeks you intend to register for, as payment will be required for all available selections.

Refunds are available only with supporting medical documentation (e.g., doctor’s note).
- Full payment is required to secure placement in any selected week.
- Post-dated cheques can be accommodated if requested; however, they must be provided as soon as possible following registration confirmation or the spot may be forfeited. Please note: the online form requires the credit card fields to be completed—if paying by post-dated cheque, you may enter zeros in the credit card fields to proceed. Credit card payment at registration is recommended to secure placements due to limited capacity.
