🚨 EMERGENCY WATER SHUT-OFF – EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY

The Town of Holyrood is advising residents that an emergency water shut-off is now in effect as the Town continues to stabilize the municipal water system.

Affected Areas

Water service is currently shut off from the intersection of Conception Bay Highway and Salmonier Line to the Harbour Main–Chapel’s Cove–Lakeview boundary, including:

  • Salmonier Line
  • Northside Roads
  • All side roads within the affected area

Please note: Water service also remains shut off on the southside of Holyrood at this time.

New Pump Now Online

The Town is pleased to advise that the new pump is now online and operating.

Time is now required to allow the water storage tank to rebuild to an adequate level before water service can be restored.

At this time, there is no confirmed timeframe for restoration of water service. The Town will continue to monitor the system and provide updates as conditions change.

Bottled water is available at:

Water trucks are available for household use at:

📍 Conception Bay Highway & Thermal Plant Road intersection

📍 NL Health Services – 363 Conception Bay Highway — 2 water trucks available

Residents are asked to bring suitable, clean containers for water collection.
