Two Hour Tidy

The Town of Holyrood is happy to once again launch the Two Hour Tidy! This year’s slogan is Team-Up to Clean-Up! A campaign to tidy properties, neighbourhoods, recreational parks, green space and trails.

Every participant will be entered in a draw for a chance to win the following prizes:
Prizes
– 1 of 2 $250 cash prizes.
– Local Business Gift Cards
– 2 Tickets to the SquidFest Beach Party (must be 19)

  • How do you win? Participants must take a picture at one of our Two Hour Tidy Drop-Zones (see below) of their team dropping their bags to confirm their ballot for the prizes above. Pictures can be sent to steve.martin@holyrood.ca with subject line: Two Hour Tidy Entry or sent through our Facebook inbox.
  • Event Information:
    Date: Friday, June 2 – Sunday, June 4
    Location: In front of your Property, Neighbourhoods and Recreational Parks, Green Spaces and Trails.
  • Registration:
    Teams of 1-10 people can register now by completing the form at www.holyrood.ca/twohourtidy.
    After registration, you will receive an email confirming your registration and how to pick-up your kit.
  • Kit Pick-Up:
    Day Pick-Up: Between Monday, May 29 to Friday June 2, participants can pick-up their kits during regular business hours (8:00am-12:00pm or 1:00pm-4:00pm) at the Hubert A. Keough Municipal Building.
    One Time Evening Pick-Up: Thursday, June 1 between 6:00pm – 7:30pm.

  • Bag Drop Zones:
    Participants can drop their Two Hour Tidy Bags to the following locations. Please look for the DROP ZONE sign and leave your bags. Please note we will only be collecting the Two Hour Tidy Bags, this is not an area to drop-off bulk garbage.
    1- Festival Grounds Parking Lot
    2- Hubert A. Keough Municipal Building- 34 Salmonier Line
    3- North Arm Irving Parking
    4- Murray’s Peak Parking Lot
