Snow clearing and removal operations are continuing following recent storms. Town crews, along with a contractor, are working to widen roads and remove snow throughout the community. This work will continue for the next several days.
As roads are widened, residents will experience snow being pushed back toward the ends of driveways. We recognize this is inconvenient and we sincerely apologize, however it is an unavoidable part of the snow removal process.
Residents are reminded that no parking is permitted on roads, as parked vehicles slow operations and prevent crews from clearing areas properly.
Our operators are working long, demanding hours in difficult conditions to keep Holyrood moving. Respectful interactions are expected at all times. Abusive language or behaviour toward staff will not be tolerated.
