The Town of Holyrood would like to remind residents of the importance of responsible dog ownership to help keep our community, pets, and residents safe.
All dogs are required to be leashed or properly tethered at all times when outside of an enclosed private area. Dogs are not permitted to roam freely within the community.
Residents who wish to allow their dogs to run off-leash may do so at the Holyrood Dog Park on Salmonier Line, which is designated for that purpose.
🚨 Roaming or unattended dogs should be reported to the RCMP at (709) 229-3892.
These measures are important for the safety of other pets, residents, and visitors throughout the community.
