Public Advisory: Hydro conducting work affecting T’Railway access near Indian Pond, Conception Bay

Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro would like to advise the public that on Friday, January 17, work will begin to reinforce the electrode lines along the shoreline of Indian Pond, Conception Bay near the Holyrood Thermal Generating Station.

This work is expected to take place Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. until February 14, 2025. During this time, access to the section of the T’Railway along Indian Pond will be closed.

Hydro advises users of this section of the T’Railway to please be aware of increased activity in the area as materials and equipment are brought on site. Remember to heed traffic and construction signs, and use caution during this period.
