The Town of Holyrood has been informed by the Eastern Regional Service Board that effective May 1, 2024, clear bags for household waste will become mandatory.
Residents will be required to place their regular household waste out for collection in clear, see-through garbage bags.
Every household will have the option to use one privacy bag each week.
