The Town of Holyrood advises residents and motorists that temporary road closures and traffic delays will be in effect for the Crystal Carnival 5K Chilly Dash on Saturday, February 21 from 8:30am to 10:30am.
⛔ Road Closures & Traffic Delays
- Country Path – closed to all traffic
- Conception Bay Highway (between Country Path and Northside Road) – intermittent delays; flagpersons will be on site
- Northside Road – closed to all traffic from the North Arm entrance to Holy Cross Church
