The Municipal Assessment Agency has completed the valuation for the 2025 tax year. Assessment notices will be mailed to all property owners on June 3, 2024. Property owners will have until August 2, 2024 to file a formal appeal.
Property owners should contact the Municipal Assessment Agency office directly to discuss any valuation issues or concerns before deciding to avail of the appeal process.
