Camp A’hoy Summer Day Camp Program

Camp A’hoy is gearing up for another jam packed summer program! Please note that camp weekly schedules will be available 2 weeks prior to the start of Camp.

Camp Theme Weeks:

Week 1- A Year in a Week     July 2 – July 5
Week 2- Movin’ & Groovin’    July 8 – July 12
Week 3- Holyrood 50 Adventures    Jul 15 – July 19
Week 4 – Where the Wild Things Are   July 22 – July 26
Week 5- Adventure Land  July 29 – August 2
Week 6 – Camp A’hoy’s Got Talent August 5 – August 9
Week 7 – The Magic of Camp August 12 – August 16
Week 8 – Under the Big Top August 19 – August 23

Registration Day- Saturday, May 11

Location: Holyrood Municipal Office
Time: Holy Cross Elementary Students – 10:00am | Non-Holy Cross Elementary Students- 11:30an
Ages: 5-12 years of age by December 31
Cost: $90 per child, $80 for each additional child
Payments- Cash, Credit (subject to fee), Debit, and Cheque. Please note all postdated cheques are due no later than June 14. Failure to provide payment will result in registration termination.

Online Registration: Parents/Guardians can also submit their camp registration online. Please note that these will be accepted AFTER REGISTRATION DAY.

Timbits Minor Soccer

We’re excited to partner with Tim Horton’s to offer our first Timbits Minor Soccer! We have 8 weeks of soccer scheduled for this summer and registration is open now.

Mini Movers  

Location: Holy Cross Elementary
Date: Each Sunday starting January 20
Parents can also submit registration forms to info@holyrood.ca with an EMT for the registration fee. Please use holyrood as your password.
Time 10:00am – 12:00pm
Cost: Free
Ages: Birth – 5
Everyone’s favourite play program is back at Holy Cross Elementary. Join Mini Movers Instructor Michelle Edison for 2 hours of drop-in play. Mini Movers promotes exploratory play to teach children gross motor movement and social skills.

Holyrood Girl Guides

The Holyrood Girl Guides Program takes place at Holy Cross Elementary each Monday from 6:30pm to 8:00pm. Parents can register their children at www.girlguides.ca. Please see the following age groups below:
Sparks- Age 5-6
Brownies- Age 7-8
Guides- Age 9-11
Pathfinders- Age 12-14
Rangers- Age 15-17

Families 1st Activity Program

Location Holy Cross Elementary
Start Date: Thursday, October 4
Time: 6:00pm – 7:30pm

Families 1st is back! This program provides an opportunity for affordable activity and fun as a family. Families are free to drop-in to Holy Cross Elementary Gymnasium where they can take part in various activities and games together. We hope to see you there!

Imagine That- Art for Youth

Location: Holyrood Municipal Office
Date: Each Wednesday starting March 13
Parents can also submit registration forms to info@holyrood.ca with an EMT for the registration fee. Please use holyrood as your password.
Time 6:30pm
Cost: $30 or $5 per class
Ages: 11-14 Years Old
Registration: Registration opens Tuesday, January 22 at the Holyrood Municipal Office
Holyrood’s NEW 6 week youth craft program for ages 11 – 14 years old!

Conception Bay Family Resource Centre- FREE Drop-in Play Group 

When: Each Wednesday
Location: Holyrood Community Centre
Time: 10:00am – 11:30am

The Conception Bay Family Resource Centre is offering a free play group for families with children from birth to age 5. Drop by the Holyrood Community Centre for this excellent play and socialization opportunity! For more information please call the Conception Bay Family Resource Program at 744-4621.

R.C.S.C.C 251 Southern Cross Sea Cadets

Location: Roncalli Gymnasium
Date: Every Monday
Time: 6:15pm
Cost: Nno Registration Fees
Ages: 12-18

Join Cadets today and learn sailing, marksmanship, citizenship, attend free summer camps and make new friends. Earn career hours for school and obttain high school credits. If you are interested in joining please bring along your MCP card and Government Issued ID.
