Camp A’hoy Easter Camp
Location: Holy Cross Elementary Gymnasium
Date: Monday, April 13 – Friday, April 17
Time:  Regular Drop-Off: 8:00am-8:30am – 4:30pm-5:00pm
Early Drop-Off/Late Pick-Up: 7:30am – 5:30pm
Ages: 5-12 years of age

Holyrood Recreation is pleased to offer the annual Camp A’hoy Easter Camp this year! It’s the same Camp A’hoy fun but during Easter! Schedule and outing list coming soon.

Parents can register using the following methods:

Email: Caregivers can print the Easter Camp Registration Form, complete the document, scan and send to info@holyrood.ca. Payment can be made in the form of an Email Money Transfer. Please contact 229-7252 ext. 201 for EMT instructions.

Holyrood Municipal Office: Caregivers can stop by our Municipal Office between 8:00am-12:00pm and 1:00pm – 4:00pm to complete a Easter Registration Form and make the payment.

The Town of Holyrood will accept the following payment options:

Cash, Debit, Email Money Transfer, Cheque, Post-Dated Cheque) and Credit Card (2.3% additional charge)


Mini Movers
Location: Holy Cross Elementary Gymnasium
Date: Each Sunday starting January 19
Time: 10:00am
Cost: Free
Age: 5 and Under

Join Mini Movers leader Michelle Edison for 2 hours of drop-in play at Holy Cross Elementary. Mini Movers is a program that promotes exploratory play to teach children gross motor movement and social skills.

Holyrood Girl Guides Unit
Location: Holy Cross Elementary Gymnasium
Date: Regular Weekly Meetings – Each Monday
Time: 6:30pm
Age Groups: Sparks: 5-6 Brownies: 7-8 Guides: 9-11 Rangers: 15-17 Pathfinders: 12-14 Registration: Online registration can be completed at www.girlguides.ca

Families 1st Activity Program
Location: Holy Cross Elementary
Date: Each Wednesday starting January 22 (NEW DATE)
Time: 6:00pm – 7:30pm (Drop-In)
Cost:  Free

Looking for an affordable way to get active as a family? Our Families First program kicks off Wednesday, January 22. A great opportunity to take part in affordable physical activity as a family. Drop-in to Holy Cross Elementary anytime between 6:00 and 7:30pm for your opportunity to be active!

Imagine That – Art for Youth
Location: Hubert A. Keough Municipal Complex
Date: Each Wednesday starting February 12
Time: 6:30pm
Cost: $30 for full program
Ages: 9-13

Holyrood Sensory Play Program
Location: Holy Cross Elementary
Date: Each Sunday starting January 19

Ages: All ages welcome

Join Katrina Keeping for our drop-in playgroup that provides a safe and supportive environment for children diagnosed with Autism or Autism-like characteristics, to interact with their peers. Children can attend with a parent or caregiver. Siblings welcome.

R.C.S.C.C. 251 Southern Cross Sea Cadets
2020-2021 Cadet Year
Location: Roncalli Gymansium
Date: Each Monday Night
Time: 6:15pm Ages:   12-18
Cost: No Registration Fees

Join Cadets today and learn sailing, marksmanship, citizenship, attend free summer camps and make new friends. Earn career hours for school and obtain high school credits. Drop-in Play Group By The Conception Bay Family Resource Program
Location: Holyrood Community Centre
Date: Each Wednesday
Time: 10:00am – 11:30am
Ages: Birth – 6

This is a space for you and your child to come play, meet new friends, and learn new things. In our home-like atmosphere, explore a variety of toys and activities that allow your child to develop their skills and understanding of the world around them. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to meet or their parents, share information, gather resources and find support. Healthy snacks are provided.

The Busy Bakers By The Conception Bay Family Resource Program
Location: Holyrood Community Centre
Date: Each Wednesday
Time: 1:30pm – 3:00pm
Ages: 3 – 6

In this program, children will build basic kitchen skills as they work together to create something delicious! Following a new recipe each week, children take turns counting, measuring, mixing and pouring. This is a great way to boost confidence and develop an appreciation for trying new foods. Bits and Bites Baby and Parent/Caregiver Program
Location: Holyrood Public Library
Date: Each Wednesday starting January 29
Time: 1:30pm – 3:00pm
Age: Parents/Caregivers with babies from birth – 1 years old

This play and nutrition-based program provides a relaxed comfortable setting to chat, play with your baby, learn up-to-date baby focused nutrition, and taste a new easy-to-make healthy recipe that will keep you fueled daily.
