Notice of Discretionary Use

Festival Grounds- Beachhead Micro-Brewery

The Town of Holyrood has received an application to construct a Micro-Brewery at the Festival Grounds. The subject property is located within the Open Space/Recreation zone, and this application is a discretionary use.

This notice is advertised in accordance with Regulation 10 and 90 of the Town of Holyrood Development Regulations, 2014-2024.

Anyone wishing to make representation at a future briefing shall deposit with the Town a copy of a signed statement outlining representation or contact the town to register by 12:00 pm, October 7, 2020.

If no written or verbal objections are received by the time indicated, the briefing will be cancelled.

Any person who wishes to comment on the proposed development without commenting at the briefing is asked to contact the Town of Holyrood in writing by 12:00 pm October 7, 2020.

The Stores, Blue Ocean Drive- Supermarket

The Town of Holyrood has received an application to construct a Supermarket at Lots 2, 3, 4 in The Stores, on Blue Ocean Drive. The subject property is located within the Town Centre zone, and this application is a discretionary use.

This notice is advertised in accordance with Regulation 10 and 90 of the Town of Holyrood Development Regulations, 2014-2024.

Anyone wishing to make representation at a future briefing shall deposit with the Town a copy of a signed statement outlining representation or contact the town to register by 12:00 pm, October 7, 2020.
