Home Based Business -Commercial and Residential Construction

The Town of Holyrood has received an application to operate a Home-Based Business, providing services in commercial and residential construction.

The subject property is located within the Residential Medium Density Zone. This application may be approved at the discretion of Council.

This notice is advertised in accordance with Regulation 10 and 90 of the Town of Holyrood Development Regulations, 2014-2024.

Any person who wishes to comment on the proposed application is asked to contact the Town of Holyrood in writing by 12:00 pm February 1, 2023.
