The Town of Holyrood has received an application to construct a storage building, (40 x 100 feet) at 158 Country Path. The intended use of the garage is for the winter storage of boats, campers, and other recreational vehicles.

The subject property is located within the Rural zone. This category of business falls under general industry which is a discretionary use in the Rural zone.

This notice is advertised in accordance with Regulation 10 and 90 of the Town of Holyrood Development Regulations, 2014-2024.

Anyone wishing to make representation at a future briefing shall deposit with the Town a copy of a signed statement outlining representation or contact the town to register by 12:00 pm, November 18, 2021

If no written or verbal objections are received by the time indicated, the briefing will be cancelled.

Any person who wishes to comment on the proposed development without commenting at the briefing is asked to contact the Town of Holyrood in writing by 12:00 pm November 18, 2021.

The Town of Holyrood has received an application to operate a Home-Based Business office, providing online concert and event services.

The subject property is located within the Residential Medium Density Zone. This application may be approved at the discretion of Council.

This notice is advertised in accordance with Regulation 10 and 90 of the Town of Holyrood Development Regulations, 2014-2024.
