Notice of Discretionary Use

75 O’Rourke’s Road

The Town of Holyrood has received an application to operate a Fine Dining Restaurant (Reservation Only) at 75 O’Rourke’s Road, Holyrood.

The subject property is located within the Residential Medium Zone, in which Catering (Restaurant) is a discretionary use.

This notice is advertised in accordance with Regulation 10 and 32 of the Town of Holyrood Development Regulations, 2014-2024.

A briefing will be held on February 21, 2017 at 6:00 pm in the Keough Suite, Holyrood Municipal Building. In order to speak at the briefing, you must be registered by 12:00 pm, February 3, 2017. If there are no registrants, the briefing will be cancelled.

Any person who wishes to comment on the proposed development without commenting at the briefing is asked to contact the Town of Holyrood in writing by 12:00 pm February 3, 2017.
