Amateur Radio Antenna

The Town of Holyrood has received an application to install and operate install a 6.10-meter Radio Antenna at 7 Highland Park. The subject property is located within the Residential Medium Density zone. This application may be approved at the discretion of Council.

This notice is advertised in accordance with Regulation 10 and 90 of the Town of Holyrood Development Regulations, 2014-2024.

Anyone wishing to make representation at a future briefing shall deposit with the Town a copy of a signed statement outlining representation or contact the town to register by 12:00 pm, July 8, 2022.

If no written or verbal objections are received by the time indicated, the briefing will be cancelled.

Any person who wishes to comment on the proposed development without commenting at the briefing is asked to contact the Town of Holyrood in writing by 12:00 pm July 8, 2022.

Trans-Canada Highway

Quarry

The Town of Holyrood has received an application for Quarry off an existing access road. Location of the site is east side of Island Pond Ridge Trail, 300 m North of Trans-Canada Highway.

The subject property is located within the Watershed zone. This category of business falls under mineral workings which is a discretionary use in the Watershed zone.

This notice is advertised in accordance with Regulation 10 and 90 of the Town of Holyrood Development Regulations, 2014-2024.

Anyone wishing to make representation at a future briefing shall deposit with the Town a copy of a signed statement outlining representation or contact the town to register by 12:00 pm, July 8, 2022.
