The Town of Holyrood has received an application to operate an Offshore Service Centre, providing minor alterations and repairs of piping as well as research & development to support contracts in place for offshore oil & gas industry at 28 Salmonier Line.

The subject property is located within the Mixed Development Zone, in which Light Industry is a discretionary use.

Woodworking Shop

The Town of Holyrood has received an application to construct and operate Woodworking Shop at 374 Conception Bay Highway.

The subject property is located within the Town Centre, in which Light Industry (Workshop) is a discretionary use.

17 Salmonier Line

Sale of used Automobiles

The Town of Holyrood has received an application to sell used automobiles at the current garage located at 17 Salmonier Line

The subject property is located within the Mixed Development Zone, and Development Regulations

Amendment No.7, 2018 is currently in progress to add Outdoor Market to the list of Discretionary Use, and the Sale of Used Automobiles to the list of examples for Outdoor Market.

The above notices are advertised in accordance with Regulation 10 and 90 of the Town of Holyrood Development Regulations, 2014-2024.

Anyone wishing to make representation at a future briefing shall deposit with the Town a copy of a signed statement outlining representation or contact the town to register by 12:00 pm, March 23, 2018. If no written or verbal objections are received by the time indicated, the briefing will be cancelled.
