Development Regulations Amendment No. 8, 2019

The public is invited to view a copy of the proposed Town of Holyrood Development Regulations Amendment No. 8, 2019.

Development Regulations Amendment No. 8, 2019, will add a new Residential Small Lot (RSL) Land Use Zone Table to Schedule C. Lots shall be fully serviced with lot areas a minimum of 55 m2 to a maximum of 75 m2.  The Amendment will also re-zone an area of land on the west side of the Conception Bay Highway from Residential Medium Density (RMD) to Residential Small Lot (RSL).

The amendment shall be on display at the Town Office during the week of January 21, to January 25, 2019, from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm during normal business hours and for download here

The public may provide any comments or concerns on the proposed changes to the Town in writing before Council proceeds with adopting the proposed amendment.

The deadline for written comments shall be 4:00 pm January 25, 2019.
