Notice of Discretionary Use
The Town of Holyrood has received an application to renovate the property at 449 Conception Bay Highway and create two three-bedroom apartments on the main floor of the building.
Currently there is a two-bedroom apartment on the second floor of the building with plans to increase it to a three-bedroom apartment. Both top and bottom apartments will have their own entrances.
The subject property is located within the Town Centre zone in which an apartment building is a discretionary use.
This notice is advertised in accordance with Regulation 10 and 90 of the Town of Holyrood Development Regulations, 2014-2024.
Anyone wishing to make representation at a future briefing shall deposit with the Town a copy of a signed statement outlining representation or contact the town to register by 12:00 pm, March 31, 2022.
If no written or verbal objections are received by the time indicated, the briefing will be cancelled.
Any person who wishes to comment on the proposed development without commenting at the briefing is asked to contact the Town of Holyrood in writing by 12:00 pm March 31, 2022
